Important Holiday Information
Prices
All prices are per person an day for a minimum apartment occupancy of 4 persons. Rates are exclusive of food arrangement, resort tax and end-of-stay cleaning fee. The end-of-stay cleaning fee amounts to € 80.00 per apartment and is charged separately. In summer our guests receive the unrivaled Ötztal Inside Summer Card.
Resort Tax
Resort tax € 5.00 per person and night. The resort tax is charged separately. Children and young adults under 15 years don't pay the resort tax.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 2.00 pm (please inform us in advance or give us a call if you arrive later than 8.00 pm)
Check-out: until 9.00 am
Short Stay Supplement
Valid for bookings up to 3 days: 10 % surcharge

Bread Delivery Service
On request fresh bread is delivered to your apartment door.
Payment Options
Advance payment via money transfer before you arrive. Sorry, no credit cards!
In case you arrive later or leave earlier we charge the entire booking amount.
Cancellation Terms
The cancellation terms of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply.
- 3 months prior to arrival: free of charge
- 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival: 50 % of the booking amount
- 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival: 90 % of the booking amount
- 1 week prior to arrival: 100 % of the booking amount
Travel Cancellation Insurance
We strongly recommend you to take out a travel insurance policy (www.europaeische.at).
